I used to work as a sound engineer, working long hours and struggling to find time to take care of myself. But I eventually figured out a routine and structure that worked for me so I was able to fit in my workouts, develop healthy eating habits, still enjoy my hobbies away from work and I wanted to share my experience and help others in a similar situation.

Now, I’m a personal trainer who helps others that are in a similar situation that I was in achieve the same results. I understand the challenges that come with working long hours and irregular schedules, but I’m here to show you that it is possible to get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle, no matter how many balls you’re juggling.

Is Coaching Expensive?

There is no better investment than in yourself. The price varies depending on what the most suitable package is for you, so book a call today and let’s have chat.If you’re not able to commit to personal training just yet, but still want to invest in your fitness, I’d recommend the bootcamps over at HubFitness Stirling, which I co-founded and still run today.

When Do I Start Seeing Results?

Most clients start seeing results after only a few weeks. This could be a noticeable drop in weight, getting stronger, energy levels or just improvements in their diet and general lifestyle. We’ll use the weekly check-ins to determine if we need to make changes in the plan to see better results.

Do I Need To Train Everyday?

No Chance. 2-3 times per week is enough but it purely depends on your fitness goal.

Will I Have To Give Up My Favourite Foods In Order To See Results With Your Coaching Program?

Absolutely not! Our approach to nutrition is all about balance and moderation. I believe in enjoying all foods in moderation, including your favourite snacks! One of the main pillars of our programme is Grab & Go Nutrition which is designed to be flexible and sustainable, so you can achieve your goals without feeling deprived or restricted.
